I get this “historic-stuff-seeking urge” to pull-off I-81 at times, during my weekly commutes… this is where I snapped some quick photos today…

Covered Bridges are very cool. Frederick County, Maryland has three and there is another located north of Emmitsburg in Pa called Jacks Mountain Covered Bridge. Then you have the one near Gettysburg as well. Covered Bridges are very cool and some of them last a lot longer than modern day concrete bridges. It’s sad, that there are no covered bridges on South Mountain for me to write about. Great posting and thank you for sharing with your viewers.
