		<description>I can only guess that this might imply a situation where someone may have been tasked with overseeing something or someone. Otherwise, in manner in which it was cited in this application form, the act of being a &quot;Guard&quot; can be interpreted in all sorts of ways (but considering the nature of this post, &lt;strong&gt;it is clear that it is in a capacity other than that of being a guard AS a soldier&lt;/strong&gt;). However, in that I&#039;m not interested in engaging in the &quot;speculation game&quot; in this again, I cannot yet give a definitive answer. The only thing I can do at this point is to look into the actual legislation on my next trip to the Library of Virginia.</description>
